I bought a carburetor for my older model (approx 1988) Troybilt Chipper vac. The carburetor design must have changed as the throttle linkage was different on the new one, and would not work.
I sent three emails asking for an authorization to return the item for credit less the restock charge. I received no response at all.
I also called, and was put on hold so long I gave up.
As long as you are positive that you won't need to return the item for any reason, then this outfit may be ok.
But any kind of follow up service is apparently beyond their ability or interest.
