I bought my Home in 1996. To begin with they sold out from under us the trailer we had picked out and had already put money down on. Then they tried to put us in a trailer we were very unhappy with, true enough out credit has not been the best in the world, but they finally let us look at another trailer which also had a for sale sign it. We ended up putting $5000.00 down on our home. Then the first thing was they sent the wrong A/C it took 3 days to correct that.
Then every year since then I have had to have a Elect come to my home to do some kind of elect work on it. Soon it will be rewired. Second I have a second bath room a year after we had the home we found water damage around the bedroom wall along the bathroom.
I discovered the shower line had a slow but continous leak. When I reported it to the Oakwood Ins. They sent someone he stated that it would cost $3000.00 to repair. I said ok lets get it it taken care of. He stated that they would not cover it because it was a long term leak. I said in other words I needed to take down the walls to inspect the water lines before delivery. He said sorry. Thats the Insurance policy.
Now I have had bad luck on making payments due to my job. The person involved with handling my account has been trying to contact me. I have been in India Overseas for almost 7 wks. So he called my neiborhood harrassing everybody who are complete stangers to us telling them that they are going to come and get my home and air my personel bussiness.
I can understand why they are going under. Poor bussiness dealings with protential coustmers who work hard and do their best. My wife is seriously ill with multiple sclerosis she is unable to deal with such thing as this matter. If you don't mind I would ask 1 favor of you please put her on your prayer list and I would so greatly appreciate it. This is why she does not talk on the phone. Thank - You very your time and I would greatly appreciate any help you could give me in dealing with this matter.
