Mother Purchased new expensive Spring Air mattress in late 2005. Can no longer sleep on it due to the breakdown in center. Lack of sleep for months. Mattress Giant wanted to help, and warranty it but Spring Air said no and is making us jump through hoops.
We have sent in pictures, filled out all their forms, done everything they asked, TWICE but every time we call we get a different answer. It is to the ridiculous point now.
Last Monday we were told the report was finalized, a determination had been made and the letter was on its way but today they say they haven't done the report yet.
Sleep deprivation is serious. They should be ashamed!
