Never Received nor Ordered subscriptions

I received no subscribers from Better Homes and Landscapes, for whatever reason they keep delivering a statement in my experience I never requested any publications, I did so deliver an email back again to them previously 3-4 weeks for this very factor, and today they nevertheless deliver a statement declaring my consideration is overdue and also to recover my consideration to great position I ought to spend $22.00. Once more I've never obtained or need some of their publications. I don’t understand if this can be a situation of identity theft or nuisance. I'll save this notice for future referrals.
