Michael Collins, Powers Collins, House Guy, Health Guy, REIWired, RehabList, RehabHardMoney, YouSell Scammer Employer, Fake Guru

Everyone, please be careful in dealing with this person: Michael Collins from Tampa, Fl.

Some people I know used to work for this guy. Mike made many promises to his employees including 14th month pay bonus. He also said the company will be registered with the tax bureau. This means the company (at that time named "William Alan Corp") will be able to operate LEGALLY in the Philippines. This also means employees will have access to benefits as stated by law. They will be deducted taxes and payments for healthcare, housing, etc. As the Philippine Labor Code states.

After a year or so of operating ILLEGALLY, the company changed its name to "Webholdings, Inc." All the employees thought this was the new, registered, and LEGAL name of the company. As it turns out, the company, at that point was still not registered with the local tax bureau and that means it was operating illegally. After over two years, the company was finally registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange commission, making it an official business. But only after 60 days, the new company "WhiteBoard Media, Inc." suddenly closed down. That's when things got even worse.

On July 29th, the operations director asked everyone to enter the conference room. They were having a conference meeting with Mike, who was then in the U.S. They were told that the company was closing and that same day was their last day of operations. There was no warning, no advance notice. The only consolation was "everyone was getting the back pays they deserve" or the compensation as stated by law. So, everyone was supposed to get their 13th month bonus "within a week or two" and the severance pay, which is roughly equivalent to a month's pay per year served with the company. So if the employee spent a year with the company, he's supposed to get a month's worth of severance pay.

Mike said he was closing the company because he was diagnosed with skin cancer. Everyone felt bad for him and wished him well. But even if he was sick, everyone thought Mike was also concerned with the welfare of his suddenyl jobless employees. They were wrong. After several attempts at following up, Mike stopped replying to emails. All employees got was a small portion of the 13th month pay. As for the rest of the 13th pay and the severance pay, employees didn't get anything. Not even up to this day, which is nearly one and a half years since that July 29th. This story is true because I personally know the people who were scammed by this Mike Collins.

So if you plan on working for him, DON'T. If you plan on buying from him, DON'T. If you plan on making any deal with him, DON'T. Search for this guy's name and you will find many entries here on usacomplaints.com alone. I talked about how he was like as an employer.By reading other complaints, you will discover what kind of business man he is.

Below I will list down the websites and products that this guy owns. This man has caused so much pain and suffering to many people here in the Philippines and I hope he doesn't fool anyone else in the U.S. Or anywhere in the world. My friends have gotten tired of going after this guy but hopefully, with this complaint, people will know what kind of a person Mike Collins is and will be able to judge for himself if he is indeed a guy they want to deal with. Here are the websites and products and why you should NOT buy them. Don't leave your email as well!

REIWired.com - Over 100 hours of video but mostly motivational. As for pure content, you will not learn how to make money in real estate through this website. You will be billed one dollar for the trial but then the recurring payments will be as high as $90/month!

RehabList.com - Claims to be a free property listing site. Now, it makes money through commissions. It will merely redirect you to another real estate listing site, which is legitimate but paid. RehabList gets money through commissions from the legit listing site and by redirecting traffic to REIWired and RehabHardMoney.

RehabHardMoney.com - Claims to be constantly updated list of local cash lenders across the U.S. Not true. Some areas have ZERO lenders. Outdated. The company is not a lender. You won't get cash from it.

Rehab-Real-Estate.com - Also redirects traffic to REIWired. Selling the same products as REIWired. Redirects traffic to RehabList, RehabHardMoney, and other sites. Once you sign up, you will be added to the REIWired spamming, err, mailing list.

WholesalingHousesForALiving.com - Also redirects traffic to REIWired. Sells a "training course" of the same name. Video is from 1990s era and very poor resolution and overall quality. No real content. Only mumbo jumbo.

YouSell.com - Uses bots to crawl different listing sites so that people think many people are already advertising with it.in fact, it has not clients. All advertisements you see on the site were only "crawled" and copied from other sites.

HealthGuy.com - Would you take health advice from someone who has cancer? Will you practice the same "holistic health" method this guy is preaching? I think people who are sick deserve care and attention but I don't think they have the license to take advantage of other people.

Hopefully this complaint is seen by people before they work for this Mike Collins. My friends suffered from you Mike Collins because you abandoned them and denied them the compensation they deserve. One day all this scamming will catch up to you.
