I was a sucker for this ideal of a partnership in Fixers, what I wanted but Richardson was going fast for me to keep up. I hear what he wanted me to and was sold, not once was it said lease option I voiced no tenants. If I forgot, I was a sucker I was should have seen it but felt with real-estate broker speaking to me on it as his partners all was good and I will make money. I question it to say this smells bad was the 1st home with his con-crew. My wife and I she who needs Constance medical attach is sick with breathing issue and need daily medical went to get the keys for a fixer. She wanted to see it and what was needed to flip! No keys for me and after many home I know we need keys. I called him for 2 hours and the brokers and loan office. That when the broker said someone all ready moving in and I was making waves, didn't anyone explain it to me. She went on to say she gave the keys to them the new lease option, and tried to act if I should have known adding to it had her on speaker and Sherri said BS. I never wanted tenants and spoke out but calling his office Jeremy was first in Vegas, next mom was sick, next at Dentist, next mother dies, next wife sick with birth this goes on and on.
Well 3 month pass and I get paper on 2 more home in my name and I missed out on paperwork, no sighing or seeing it! Now out the medical account $32,000.00 and additional $48,000.00 later home one sold fast sell, 2 were taken by bank, the broker who tried the fast sale said 2 were priced higher then market, and looking at my papers we'll Brokers gave him kick backs on my new Bill The broker said he was a broker and was open to half the broker fee a lie and theft! The wife account for her medical bills was more or less $32,000.00 gone the church has donation sent for ATT; Medical 2940 NE MLK Blvd #7 PDX 97212 because I was paying on our home and 3 more home, with all the bills with new properties.
What do we do Is there Justice for us. I know this will be hard to read as I'm Dyslexic and will spell check it but no hope on making it look good for all. We need to get the help free. Some little notes 2 homes were by a fast sell broker over priced for market and one we'll broker gave Jeremy a kick back on my paper work and all paper work on 2 were done without me to sigh or read it his broker did it.
We hope all who were taken call email set up a class action law suit with non discloser. Help us help each other.
