OK, So I bought the course... And I have tried to make it work. I have looked at a number of properties, spoke to realtors, made business cards, and on and on... Following the program.
Then one day I get a call from Carlton Sheets company, and boy do I feel lucky, they want me to be part of a "special" program; I have been specially selected to get personal counseling from a Carlton Sheets professional! Wow...
Then the guy (over the phone) gives me and my wife a 45 min. Schpeel about how he can "help" us be "successful". Now to the punch line... 12 months of personal coaching (over the phone) all for the low price of only $3095. (which of course was what I told him was what I had left on my credit card!)
I asked him to please send out the info on paper and I would consider it... He immediately went into hard sales mode. He said he could only send out info if I gave him my credit card #!!! Whoa! MAJOR RED FLAG!
We hung up that night after much fussing, he promised to send out something, which he never did. He called me 5 times after that trying again to convince me that "I was missing out!"
Anyone else with similar problems out there!?
I think Carlton is rich from selling his program, not from real estate.
