I ordered the Carlton Sheets "No down payment" program for $299. I was shocked when I got my credit card bill and Carlton Sheets billed me for $599.87!
It is ironic that Carlton sells a program that is supposed to allow you to make money in real estate so you can spend more time with your family and do the things you enjoy. Now, I'm spending time away from my family disputing his unauthorized charges!
Do Not Buy this program. I regret it big time.
