DOESN'T Most Realtors don't go for it and People don't easily part from their properties. It's even harder to get properties using Carltons programs if you live in big cities like Chicago and New York.
People just don't readily give up their properties like that, they even become hostile when the realize what your trying to do.
The program is a waste of time a waste of money, a waste of phone calls. Its Bull!
