The ratings are said to be "unbiased" as they do not accept advertising dollars. Yet the ratings are updated every time Bob moves jobs. Wherever he goes to next will be the "5 star" rated tub. Just like the Artesian Spas before and the Hot Spring, Tiger River and Limelight spas he represents now.
It is just a website owned by one man who sales tubs. It is the definition of biased information. Research should be done by the consumer on unaffiliated, third-party sites like Consumers Digest and Consumer Reports.
