Actually the bathtub in the second bathroom looks the same and that faucett does not drip. Coverage was denied, case closed.
When I called about the dripping water dispenser of the refrigerator I was given a 4 hour "window" by "Service Time". Operator told me around 11 am "you are going to be the first one in the afternoon" after waiting for about 3 hours it was: "you are the last one on the list" waited a total of about 5 hours, so this company is not even able to come within their "4 hour window".

Basically, he was reporting that I had willfully damaged the water dispenser, put everything back and then called the warranty company. When I talked to OR they told me that the report that they received said "Tubing was removed and is missing"

I am asking myself what reason a contractor should have to write something like that into the report. If they would just fix what is broken, the warranty company would pay them but obviously it is their goal to write something into the report that would lead to the denial of the repair request.
Stay away from these scammers and don't buy their plans!
