I have tried to get my pool open this summer and in the past 4-5 weeks have spent close to $400 on chemicals at Leslie's. As of today, June 3, my pool is in worse shape than it was when I started. They keep selling me product and nothing works. I finally complained via their website and phone and heard from a District manager yesterday. Her attmept to make things right was to offer me a pound of shock and a 20% discount on all chemicals if I came into the store within the next 7 days. Today I get a flyer in the mail advertising a 20% discount on ALL chemicals. So I was not getting ANY consideration for my problems except a pound of shock.
