I always paid my rent on time, and when i left they did not refund what they owed me on the security deposit. I talked to the broker, VIC RUYBALID, several times and got the usual " the check is in the mail". That was after he told me they lost my deposit receipt and asked if i could provide it to him.
After i gave him the prove of the deposit he told me " check is in the mail " again
I called him again (this makes 5 times with him not returing my calls) and he tells me " hey, dont get mad at me, natasha handles the refunds"
Incredible. My landlord who signed up with management one to handle his rental, to me told me his experinces with the company had been horrible also.
Avoid this disorganized unethical company.
