I was having problems with my washer backing up in my shower, we were renting a lot for our moblie home that was an original site of a brick house, with septic tanks. We thought that the tanks were full and decided to have them pumped. We called Advanced Septic out of the Greenville newspaper and he said he would be up the next day and it would be 150.00, which I said was high but he said he could solve my problem we were having. Needless to say, he showed up the next day and I was at work so my husband, 2 teenagers and my father were there when he showed up. As soon as he got out of his truck he was wanting his money, my husband told him after he did what he was suppose to do he would pay him. This man and his helper was there for about 10 minutes and my family stayed out there and he never used the big hose he never pumped anything out of the tank.
By the time I got home from work, we were having the same problem as before, except minus 150.00. I called Mr. Brock the next morning long distance again and asked him to please come back out and redo what he was suppose to do yesterday. He informed me that I had a plumbing problem. I told him if I had a plumbing problem today I had a plumbing problem yesterday and he shouldn't had charged me 150.00 and asked him once again to come back out. I never saw him so I stopped payment on the check. He filed on me for a NSF check in the precint where I live and the JP there saw that it was not a NSF check and dismissed the case. He filed again in the precint where he lived and the JP down there found me guilty of NSF, but I had seen a lawyer and he gave me a bond to give the JP and it went to the County Attorney where it got thrown out once again. I asked him why he didnt come back out and look at the situtation again, he said that if you aren't satisfied with the work someone does for you you just don't use them again. He told me he would do whatever it took to get his money.
So he filed again in civil court and the JP where he lived gave him a judgement against me for 177.00, I did not go to this court hearing because I had already lost 2 days of pay and it cost me 200.00 for the lawyer, and the date of the hearing was on a holiday. Then I got the notice for the judgement and thought it was over. Now, the constable has papers to serve me again, for over 300.00 (Writ of Execution) where this man can come and take my property to satisfy this judgement. This is the worst case of service I have ever experienced in my life. I work to provide for my family and this man charges 150.00 to do something that he knew wasn't needed or performed right. I would have gladly paid him a service call for his time coming out, but to charge me 150.00 for maximum of 10 minutes work and it didn't solve my problems is wrong.
This man keeps harassing me and continually costing me money. Do not ever use the Advanced Septic out of Quuinlan Texas it is a rip off.
