I had AC problems in April they came out and lied to me and said it had been hit by lighting. John the owner sat here in my office with 3 other witness and guarantee that insurance would pay. He even wrote it on the invoice.
He put in new unit for 5895.00 and was to put in new thermostat. He tried to put a cheaper one than I already had. They did correct that problem.
I turned it in to insurance.insurance company had another company come out and they said that is was not struck by lighting and that Admiral was known for this. The AC unit did not need to be replaced at all. Of course it was denied.
John was to fax over paper work to the adjuster which took him 2 weeks & he lied on that form and sent it not filled out completely. Once he got paid he did not care. I have tried to talk with him on this problem and he does not care. I am going to go after this company for fraud. I am going to write Autin about the way they are doing business.
