My pool completely failed, and I won a judgment for over $17k! By the time the legal system allowed me to order a sheriff sale via a Writ of Execution, Craig Revai had once again changed his company's name. So now we are having to go back through the system to attempt to try to collect this debt.
In speaking with the sheriff's office I found out that there are many judgments on Craig Revai's various companies (all at the same retail pool store), and that because Craig Revai constantly changes his business name it is virtually impossible for anyone to collect on their judgments.
It is a fraudulent action for a company's owner to change his companies name in order to avoid paying a judgment. I am refering this to the A.G.'s office in Maryland and hope to have this matter investigated.
Do not do business with any of the previously mentioned companies. If out find out the pool company is owner (or even employs) craig revai or deidra sparks (revai) do not do business with them.
If you have done business with them, and been ripped off I would really love to try to help you (I've been through plenty with these people and may help ease the burden of dealing with them).
They claim they no longer do business in Delaware (good riddance) and I do know they are no longer at their Bear location—so I hope this is true.
