This is a carpet cleaning/ventilation cleaning company. They send offers throught the mail that say you can get 5 rooms for 29.75 or 8 vents for 59.95. They send a technician out to your house and then use the old bait and switch tactic to charge you out the ass for their work. If you don't agree to the price, they then call their manager who will haggle you for a lower price. If you argue enough, the eventually cave in and do the basic work for the coupon.
Their work is completely shotty. The carpet cleaning machine is ancient looking and does not remove any of the stains on your carpet. It uses your water and it only gets as hot as your tub gets. They use the same machine to clean out your air ducts. Upon inspecting my air ducts, nothing was cleaned out.
The tech origionally told me he was going to use a negative air return to clean out my vents! This process is where he seals up all the vents and cleans from one! I laughed at him and asked if he thought i was an idiot. The machine they have barely has enough power to suck the dirt out of my carpet stains, what makes you think I will believe that it can suck all the dust out of my central air through one vent!
All said and done, the stains were still on my carpet, the dust was still in my vents and I would not pay the company for their service. I did give the tech a 15 dollar tip for his attempt to rob me for this company. After all, he is paid on commision and I feel that any company who tries to slave you like this, will not cover you when you're called on thier cheating ways.
Anyways, stay away from this company. The phone operater is Larry DeGuzman, and the owner of the company is Charlie Cohen. They are liars and will do anything to try to get your money for little work.
