Recently I was instructed by Huskvarna to take my leaf blower to be repaired under warranty. I did just as they had instructed. I dropped the machine off and was told by the counterperson to check back in a week on the details.
When I returned to check on the status of the machine as instructed, I had a fat, bald headed, cross-eyed, idiot come storming out the back room claiming to own the place. His counterperson and I were amazed at what followed.
He threw the repair ticket at me and told me to take my new machine to another repair shop. While I was patiently waiting for the clerk to get my machine, The idiot threatened to call 911.
I was only there to check on the status of the repair.
