Stay far away from ND&P!!! My patio was $4,000 more than my neighbors who's patio is a bit smaller than my patio (less than 100 sq ft). We compared quotes and realized ND&P was providing different pricing for different folks. I never play the race card (unless warranted), but it appears my pricing was based on my color. Additionally, the completed work was simply terrible. They left a dirt mound around the patio that cost me additional money to have landscaped. This was after I discussed with my sales rep about not seeing a dirt mound around the patio. He claimed I would see nothing but stone. NOT TRUE! After the work was completed, they simply left all leftover materials in my front yard. I eventually had to move them myself.
I confronted my sales rep about the pricing difference and at first he played dumb. Then when I asked him to justify his pricing vs my neighbors he could not. He tried to make excuses about steps and additional labor, but all was BS and him trying to sell his way out of being caught. I informed him I would let my neighborhood know about his business practice and then he hit me with a threat, "you better be careful!". At that stage our conversation went in a totally different direction.
Save money go with someone else!!!
