I purchased 700 sq ft of Santos Mohagany hardwood flooring from John Cooper at pricefitflooring.com. He promised select & better. I received junk quality Brazilian Cherry instead. I have contacted him over and over about this, and he claims it is Santos Mahogany and now will not take my calls. This man is a fraud and will continue his deceptive practices unless we can stop him.
I have put a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, and with the attorney general both from my state, the state of NY where I sent his check and the state of NJ where the shipment was picked up from a company called Greenville Logistics. Any other advice is welcomed.
