I have filed suit against Vision Home Improvement and John Rodney for Breach of Contract.in my opinion he mispresented himself, his company and the quality and timing, completion of all work.
For all those that have had contact with him, his subcontractors or his "grandfather" and been harmed in some way, please know that the State of Ohio has filed suit against him as of March for Unfair Consumer Sales Practices Acts. The information can be found at the Ohio Summit County Clerk of Courts.
Email Jim Petro, Ohio Attorney General. Be heard if you have been harmed. Ask him for justice. Go to the Ohio Attorney General Web site and file a consumer report on Vision Home Improvement and John Rodney. Make sure he does not harm any other consumers in the State of Ohio. He can, of course, reinvent himself in another state under another name, but we can make it more difficult for this to happen.
He has filed for bankruptcy. His wife (Jenny Rodney, aka Jenny Vedrinski) has filed for bankruptcy. His home has been taken by foreclosure by the bank. He will say he has no money, no business, no funds to repair and make right what he has left undone or done wrong. File a report with the Akron Better Business Bureau (even though it doesn't matter) and file a report with the Ohio AG.
