This realtor uses Bait & Switch tactics. Several of their listings, especially those posted on their office window at street level, are not really available and are used as part of a bait and switch tactic.
They also have been known to make false/unsupported claims regarding repairs to be completed by landlords before move-in.
As in all listing services, it is important to always bear in mind that their priority is to the landlord/owners and not to you.
