I signed up on InstantRealEstateSolutions.com for a free 7 day trial, I cancelled my membership before the 7th day. I received email confirming membership was cancelled, but a few hours later I was charged for a reoccurring membership of $39.97. I called the customer service number and I receive only voicemail.
I got an email from a customer support rep saying they are investigating, but I still have not received a refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.
The website files to deliver what is promised. There were no real investors on the site to fund any real estate deals. This site is a total scam.
