On 8/9/10, I purchased Patch Perfect from the local Target. I put in in my yard and watered it according to the directions. Nothing happened. On 8/17/10, I called Target and spoke to Warren in the customer service call center to find out what recourse I have (if I can get my money back or what) and I was directed to the manufacturer.
That same day, I wrote them a letter, and enclosed a copy of my receipt. I have not heard anything at all, and the stuff still has not germinated. So I have a blue/green patch in the middle of my yard (that is the color of the "seeds" and "fertilizer" that it comes with) instead of grass.
