My husband and I have been trying to get D&H Propane to come out to our property for the past two weeks. They (Johnny and/or Howard) have left us waiting in the 100 degree weather twice for an hour or more. They never called to say they weren't coming to our scheduled appointments. The third appointment their receptionist had to track them down to find out if they were going to meet us, which they didn't.
Every time I call I can't ever talk to Johnny or Howard. I talk to the receptionist and the only thing she can do is leave a message for them to call me back, which they never do. D&H Propane is not a business. It is two guys who think they know what they are doing. When you make an appointment you keep it or atleast call the person in advance to let them know you are not going to be able to make it. We are going to go with a more expensive yet more reliable company. If we ever get to talk to the owners of D&H Propane again they are not going to like what we have to say.
I hope that this report/review will deter anyone from using D&H Propane in the future. If you do, then be prepared for a headache and waiting and waiting and waiting.
