No A/C for three weeks in summer. Temp was about 100 out side and in my apartment. I asked manager to visit she won't even visit. They didn't even offer a went out fan. Manager was rude and nasty in talking. She was total bitch to my wife. Heating bill in winter is shard among all resident and runs up to $160 (when gas was about $2.19).
This apartment was known as Larchdale woods apt and was sold to Douglas group and later sold to Lane Company. They put their own staff and which is really nasty in talking. If you have complain they take ever and won't be good to you. But, if you are late for rent for one day they will sure charge you more lawyers fees other fees. Lane company also stop security, haven't replace out bulbs on light means car & apt break-ins and even car getting stolen. They also try to add valet trash pickup by imposing more fees.in short, they are after money but they don't want to provide service.
