I ordered a blanket for $105 from this company. After a few weeks of not receiving the blanket I tried to contact the company. I left countless messages on their voicemail and emailed them several times. At that point, it was too late to dispute it at my bank. So, this company has my $105 and never sent me the blanket.
After a few months, I emailed the company and someone from the "consumer department" emailed me back and said they would check on it. Of course, I never heard anything back and cannot reach anyone again.
I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT buy any products from this company on line or in stores.
