My roomate who has severe MS ordered a blanket for her mother on August 8 from a website it was very clear about when it SAID it would ship. They billed her Visa card on the 8th though. After 10 days I called and received a voice mail left a message no call back. I wrote to the customer service on the website no answer after several more phone calls and several more emails I fianally said that I was calling Visa about internet fraud. They then sent the blanket in the wrong color instead of bronze that She ordered they sent PURPLE! Of course no one there is talking.
This was a $ 76.00 dollar blanket you would think that you would get what you ordered for that amount. My roomate is on disability and every dollar counts she spent the extra money because her mom was just diagnoised with lung cancer and she wanted to send a extra soft blanket as a hug to her.
