I began to order Steam Buddy on line. The seller - Buystemabuddy.com -offers a "free" pants creaser. However, there is an additional shipping charge of $10 for the creaser, whether you want one or not. So it is not free at all.
This is a trick, a ruse to get more of your money! Once I realized this I checked Carol Wright Gifts. She sells the steamr with creaser for one delivery charge which is $10 LESS tha buysteambuddy.com. I deliberately did not finalize the sale with the SteamBuddy.com, but they somehow made it go through.
I see in "Ripoffs, " that the very same has happened to others. I emailed buysteambuddy.com immediately to cancel my order, and instructed them NOT to send it. I still received the unit. I spoke to customer service by phone and was told to refuse delivery and mark the package Return to sender. I will now notify my credit card bank.
