DON MCMILLIN - D M Properties Property Owners Beware one shade shy of a CON-MAN

I hired Don McMillin to manage some units I had in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles County. My advice to anyone who owns property and is looking for a management company to AVIOD DON MCMILLIN and D M PROPERTIES at ALL COSTS!

This man is one shade shy of a CON-MAN. He caused so many problems with my tenants that I finally had to fire him. I read about the couch fiasco on this site and all I can say is - Typical Don McMillin behaviour.

The man is a sleaze and shouldnt be trusted to watch ducks swim in a lake, let alone be responsible for real property.

The fact the he is also a licensed Realtor, only adds to my confusion as to how a man of his low ethics can hold onto his license. It doesnt speak very well of his Broker Nick Limer.
