I ordered a living room set from the RoomStore off of Midlothian Turnpike on February 20th. It had to be special ordered and the salesman, in his sleek southern accent, told me it could take 8-10 weeks to come in. But then he added under his breath that special orders often come in closer to 5 weeks. Well it's now been 13 weeks and still no furniture. And every time I call I get a different excuse for why it hasn't come in yet. The factory is only one state away—how hard can it be to ship it to me?!! I could have built my own darn furniture in the time it's taken them to make it! At this point I am seriously considering cancelling the sale and getting my $2000 back. They don't deserve my money.
Don't special order anything from the roomstore unless you are prepared to wait many months for it to arrive!!!
