Counterforce - renewed my contract with out a signed, verbal, or financial agreement.in fact, I told them that I didn't want to renew and 3 months later they are saying that "it doesn't count because I didn't send in a letter."
Fraud-and in Business Law you have to have one of the three agreements to have a contract.
