This company is a RIP-OFF professional. They hired me to do advertisning for desperate homeowners willing to try anything. The customer gets a bogus listing in the web-site they advertise and thats about is. The fee that is charge is considerably more than it is worth. Some customers pay as little aS $300 and as much as $1400 for the same product. He would negotiate the payment in full and then use a telephone to withdraw the funds immediately. This way no-one could back out if they realized they were scammed.
I literally spent hundreds of hours prospecring for FSBO home owners (mostly unqualified prospects) that would be offered a "free" listing to get a chance to pitch them on the advertising opportunity. Most would realize it was a scam. I didnt know it was a RIP-OFF until my first and only sale.
I was supposed to be paid $300 commission and was never paid. After doing some research, I determined that this guy (Roger Farr) operated out of a suitcase and had no real place of business. I had my attorney send a letter to his bogus business address in denver and the certiofied letter was returned (no such addressee).
I checkked and there was no business license in Florida but there was several expired DBA's that went cold. The company (there is only Roger and some off-shore Chinese programers) that run his phony web-site www.byusaowner.com.
Buyer beware and potential employees beware as well.
