I have a money dispute with Roger Williamson. The day before he was supposed to appear at Lynn District court, he faxed a letter to the Magistrate - stating he was sick, in the hospital, mulitiple operations, etc. When I showed up for the hearing the next morning, the magistrate called me to the podium and showed me the "bogus" letter. I pulled out a HUGE pile of papers, internet items, etc. About the many people that Roger scammed and how he tried to avoid my prior attempts to get him served. The magistrate was disgusted. My judgment was granted and Roger never showed up for the payment hearing. I have CAPIAS ARREST against him and plan to use it.
