Met with Edmonds Door Repair in person in mid February. Negotiated terms for door selection and installation options. Received invoice for cost of services and was instructed to send a 50% deposit. Deposit check was cashed around the end of February. It is now middle May - after multiple failed attempts to schedule an appointment, an endless amount of telephone messages (he NEVER returns phone calls), and 50 emails to bring our project to completion - we are STILL without a door and have not had our deposit returned. At this point we have reported the company to the authorities and are pursuing legal action.
Edmonds Door Repair will not deliver on their promises or services and will take your money!
