The training started of great, we found out about our commissions and about the preset appointments. Then we got t the heart of the sales pitch and i started to get sick.
First off, they will put a lien on your home for a period of 120 months, 10 years. And there are many times during the pitch where they will lie to you. And when you answer the ad for a 399 349 or 299 pool, you will not get it. You must level your own land, put sand down and compact it, cover it and the whole time you must take a number of pictures and send it to the company for approval.
Thats not all, as a homeowner, you must have at least $300,000.00 in homeowners insurance, you will also have to sign a waiver that states you will not hold them responsable for any damage to your property. Last year in 2007 they only installed 6 of these pools according to Jim Martel, their corporate trainer. There was a guy in the class that was recording the class and Jim made him turn it off when we talked about the upsell concept. They don't want us to talk bad about the 399.00 pool but we where instructed to never sell one. If you do business with these people and you can't pay for the pool they will force you into forclosure to pay for the pool.
Good luck with these ripoff guy's oh yeah, the lowest cost for a pool is 20020.00 and they will try to bullshit you by claming that they need a show pool in your rea, they offer t to everyone. Also watch out for te puke price, it will be 4000.00 down and 750.00 a month. Then they will lower it. The salesman is authorized to drop the price 4300.00 dollars before he must call in. That price will give the company and the salesman a 1000.00 commission. If you deal with this company, good luck you'll need it
