We were overcharged, received the wrong product with lesser value, and are still waiting for our order to be completed Temecula / Corona / Fountain Valley / Cerritos

We purchased approximately $14000.00 worth of product from Leisure Living Superstore. When we received our delivery which we were never given a timeframe or confirmation for so luckily someone was at the house—we had some problems.

1st they delivered a Fire table that was not completely finished due to it was missing the door that was suppose to be attached to it. We were told by the delivery guys that the door was on backorder.

2nd we received the wrong spa. We paid $600 extra for the spa we picked out and when we pointed out to the spa delivery guys they told us that "They just deliver stuff".in addition to the wrong spa we were not given the spa cover that we had purchased with the items or were we given the manuel or radio faceplate for the spa. We also asked the delivery guys about these items but again they told us that they did not know anything about the cover, manuel, or stereo faceplate. We were also told when we purchased everything that we would be receiving a starter kit for the spa... But no starter kit either. We did not sign for the spa delivery since the product they brought us was incorrect.

We checked our financing that we did for a portion of the amount and found out that they overcharged us by $400.00. We spoke with numerous people from Leisure Living beginning with Ron the day of our Saturday March 22nd delivery. Ron did not do anything for us except tell us he would schedule a Diamante Spa Technician to come out and put in an IPOD hook up for us in the spa. We then spoke with Cheryl, Chris, Cindy, Leslie (a manager), Laura in finance, Michael and Mike. We were given a differrent # to call since no one we spoke with could give us any answers. It was not until we emailed Leslie that we were going to contact BBB regarding the company that we finally received a call from her. We have since attempted to contact her on the cell # that she gave us but never receive an answer.

Unfortunately, we received one call from Leslie in which she said that they would fix the overcharge of the $400.00 and that we would be credited the $600.00 for the Spa. She then said she would contact us back by Monday and we never heard from her again. We have left numerous messages a day for various different people at Leisure Living and no one will return our calls. The few times we are actually able to speak with someone they can not give us any answers and continue to direct us to the people we have already attemted to deal with that do not respond. As of todays date April 11th we still have no answer as to when they will bring us our spa cover or install the door onto the fire table.

We have an open case with the Better Business Bureau and also have now contacted a lawyer to take action against this company that obviously is a complete rip off and the worst company we have ever purchased anything from. All we can say is that no one should buy anything from Leisure Living Superstore they are Thieves and a Rip Off.
