These Murphy Brothers who are not listed in the phone book have been renting terrible eyesore properties in Poplar Bluff Mo for years. Ask City hall. Ask Code enforcement or anyone on the southside or the residence of 1308 Cole st.in Poplar Bluff.
They go to court pay a fine get the properties barely up to code and then do the same violations again. Because they have money they get away with this.
They are not responsible landholders and do not care what tennants do as long as they get rent which is high for the poor quality houses.
Please as many lawyers that are able to, contact Butler County sherrifs office assistant chief Gary pride, myself and others and lets get a class action suit going and foreclose on these propeties and get them in the hands of responsible landlords.
