As a customer with this company for 10 years, naturally when we needed a new pool liner, we called them. The sales lady in the store offered for a very large fee to have someone come and measure for us, instead my husband chose to measure as she instructed him and order the liner. When he purchased the liner at the store, she advised that he could not return it. (The cost was $700) My husband came home and proceeded to take out the old one and install the new one. Unfortunately it was 4 feet too long. He called the store and asked about the measurements, they said there was nothing they could do. He contacted the manfacture, they instructed him to contact the store owner. After multiple phone calls, the owner, upon taking my husbands call, had no idea about our situation. He was very empathetic and understanding and thanked us for being a loyal customer. He went on to promise to return our call with a solution later that evening. We NEVER received a return call. After several more calls that were not taken and messages left. I went into the store to talk to the owner or vice president. The gentleman I spoke with was rude, disrespectful and offered us no loyalty solution at all, in fact, he suggested we take our business elsewhere. Now here we are, no pool liner and out $700 dollars.
