Lee Boyer present themself as a contractor operated under the name of West GC global contruction by shown his contractor licence as Lee construction and development took a bid to do hook up water main line in the amount of $26,200 as state in his proposal that he need to be paid in advance to order materials and labors which estimated works will be supervised by himself and will be completed in Five working days, but after he took the money then he has disapeared week after week we have try to call him for progress but he keep given an excused and put a clause on the contract if we call him each time he then will penelize the temple moved the works day out addition three days for every times that he has to answer the phone call, the after we have try many attemps for H. Lee Boyer to bring materials to delivery at the job site which he has deniels and given all kind of excused then we have contact DPOR to check on his back ground then we have learned the true that H. Lee Boyer has took us for a ride, his license has been revoke and when we confront with him then he even lie straight face that he has called the DPOR boards and there was some misundertanding his license is ok to operated. After we have cotact sherifft from Loundon country they have suggested the temple to sent certified mail demand for refund which after H. Lee Boyer received certified mail then he flat out refused to return the money. Can anyone help us as the Temple monastery to claim our money back from this criminal, we as the Buddhist temple has teach people to be kindness and generous but this man and his wife took advanture of the home of Gods, Can anyone help us Please!!!
