Mr. Lee Boyer and his wife Siriwan Boyer came in to the temple offer to help with the current contruction projects which have three phase of work, Mr. Lee took a bid for contact to do the first project according to country requiredment that we have to get city water hook up to the exitting building first, Mr. Lee Boyer written propose contact to do the jobs for the cost of $26,200 for materials and labor which Mr. Lee will be on site supervised the jobs on his own with the estimate time of work would be 5 working days, He's asked to paid in full for the cost of materials and labor after he got the check then he disapeared did not come in to fullfill his contract, We have notified Loundon country Sherriff and they have advised us to sent certified mail demanding for refund which he refused to return the money for the temple, We have filed complaint to DPOR which they also said that they can not help us to get money back from this guy, We have to hire an attoney to sue him only, We also learn that his licencse from Lee construction was revoked when he came to asked for money from us and now he has obtain a new license under new name as Carefree builder.
