Beware of Mary McClellan. She's a real estate agent for Long & Foster and also has her own properties in which she has several names as her "companies", including Krystle, Inc. She does not take care of the properties or her tenants in accordance with Va. Law. She manages to threaten / railroad and/or sue all tenants the move out of her properties for damages that are not the fault of the tenants, or so she claims. She generally gets approximately $5000.00- $7000.00 from her prior tenants after taking them to court and threatening military members with going to their command's about her "discrepancies".
