They are slum landlords, they don't take care of their properties, The building I live in is in horrible condition. The storage area, and laundry room are water logged, with spider webs, everywhere, old water tank in the middle of the floor, gas leaks, smell of sulfur, plus mold. He gets angry when, his tenants ask him to fix things. He talks about tenants to other tenants, discussing their private business. He won't keep the yard looking nice, its piled with trash and weeds. When he does decide to cut the grass, he won't pick up the trash, he will just cut up sticks, trash, and anything in his way. Then walks away as though he did us a favor.
