Lona Harris was hired to list the house of Mary Lou Price at 2233 NE 30th ct. Lighthouse Point FL. 33064. My wife and I signed a lease September 12th and it was due to expire one year later. After having numerous problems with some of the items in the house, along with the obnoxious amount of plant life on the premises, all parties agreed to terminate the lease as of 2/12. Prior to the termination we allowed Lona Harris to inspect the property for Mary Lou and she claimed there were no damages. Mysteriously three weeks later, after we handed the keys in, both Lana Harris and Mary Lou reported over $16,000 dollars worth of damage. These damages were rust on the stove, scratches on the refrigerator, dead plants and water damage in the bathroom.
Give me a BREAK!!!
She should have her license revoked!
