I had been charged on june 10-08. On my capital one credit vehicle $28.01 also it was to get a traffic ticket in italy. It was credited on july 2-08. I had been rebilled on july 8-08 the quantity of $28.35. And i'am told this is how they manage details. I than received a letter in the croatia visitors division that i owe $100.27. Please advise me how to proceed.
