Fire your pool guy proports to have a book on pool maintance. They have sent me a periodic newsletter which was quite good.
I found out after paying my money (thank God I used paypal), I found out that I had just purchased a downloadable e-book. A careful reading of their
site finds that they use the word "guide"; but never tell you that you are buying ones and zeros rather than ink and paper.
Already irritated I click on the link for the "guide" and it asks for a name and password that I never recieved until I complained a second time hours later.
At that time I stated for a second time that I was expecting a REAL book... Heoffered to send me one. One shouldn't have to go through this rigamarol to get what you thought you had paid up front for. Caveat emptor
