They damaged merchandise that was delivered & have not fixed it or will not give a credit. They also back ordered the armoire which I waited for over 3 months to receive & when I did receive it the doors & drawers did not close properly. I had to keep calling them to have them come out & when they finally did they would not give credit for the piece they removed nor did they ever deliver a new one which I no longer want. I have tried to have the manager at the finance company contact them & they have not responded to him either. This set was not a sale item so they cannot say it was only returnable for store credit only which they tried to pull off but never gave me that either. I will have to take this to court in order to get it resolved since I have left messages telling them that I will get a lawyer if nessessary which doesn't seem to bother them either. They are the worst business that I have ever dealt with & should be made aware of how to treat their customers better.
