They inspected and passed a new hot water heater in the spring of 07. The pipe going into the top was not installed properly. Thus, it leaked flooding the area and ruining the heater. This was the determination of a leak detection expert. Also, there was not enough clearance around the heater as required by code.
I want 1200.00 dollars compensation for the new heater and installation.
