Stole my money without auth. Or providing any service

In Oct. I hired Designscape.com to do my landscape design for my property that I had just recently bought. I was told at the sale that I couldn't use cash or check that I would have to use my credit card. Which I thought was odd at the time. They charged my card $600 as a deposit, then would collect $600 when the rough draft is completed, then $300 when the job is completed. The sales rep told me that someone would be measuring my house in a few weeks and the whole process would only take about two months.

After two months had gone know one had been by my house to measure the property. After many calls to them to leave a voice mail they called me back and said they are having difficult time to find someone to measure my house (I live 15min north of LA?). Then the next week I had checked my bank account and they had collect the remaining $900 from my bank account! I called them many times to fix the problem but, couldn't get a hold of anyone. I call my bank to dispute the charges (WAMU) and they gave me the provisional credit of $1500. This was then early Dec. 07, now in March 08 I have received a letter from WAMU stating that the provisional credit that I had received is being reversed and are unable to pursue this case further on my behalf? I am know in a battle with my bank to have this reversed again, and I still can't get a hold of anyone at Designscape.

Plan and simple i paid $1500 and never received a product of service.
