I recently used AY transport to move from Tucson, Arizona to Massapequa, New york. That was almost a month ago and here I sit in an empty apartment with no furiture.
Ay was supposed to be at my place on the 30th and didn't arrive till the 1rst at 7pm at night. Not only were the movers scarey looking, they were plain out rude!
It took them over five hours to move a few boxes and very little furniture. I lived in a small apartment, and am moving to even a smaller place, so there isn't much room for much.
Anyways, these movers had the nerve to ask for a tip after all of this! I looked at them and just said whatever.
To make a long story short, I have now recieved my fifth response from the company telling me another amount I owe and another day my stuff is supposed to arrive.
This whole experience has made me sick. I am really not sure what to do. Does anyone out there have any suggestions they could give me? Please post your information below so everone can benefit.
